I’m Dwight Carter—born and raised here, and completely committed to turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences. For me, event production isn’t just a job—it’s a way to spark conversation, connect people, and give our city the kind of moments it deserves.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across fashion, music, and live events—producing everything from GENT Men’s Fashion Week to design competitions like Pins and Needles and Fashion Anarchy. I love collaborating with local creatives, building platforms for talent to shine, and giving students real opportunities to step into the industry. When I’m not producing, I’m mentoring—because the future of our city belongs to the next generation of makers and doers.
