What is Fashion Anarchy?

Fashion Anarchy is going from the runway to homes across the country and beyond as it becomes one of the first original shows to be featured on a new streaming network that promises to be a breath of fresh air.

Fashion designers will have limited hours to compete on a new streaming network, the AH! TV Network. Fashion Anarchy allows local designers to showcase their inspiration, innovation and creativity in front of multiple markets including shoppers, educators, established designers and other industry professionals. We cultivate a competitive fashion atmosphere and provide a foundation and support for fashion designers. Designers will have challenges/themes throughout the series to create innovative looks. We are accepting mens, women's, plus size and children's wear designers.

Ability to adapt depicts your success.’ In this COVID-landscape of everchanging needs for children devoted co-parenting & being the best mother she can be to her beautiful daughter Presley, takes Izzy’s top spot on her list of priorities.Izzy has been disrupting fashion as far back as she can remember. Her sense of style & ability to set trends led to being named as one of ten best dressed St. Louisans of 2019 & was awarded the coveted spot of cover on DesignSTL Magazine w/ a full-length feature interview & fashion gallery wearing a stunning peacock feathered second hand Gucci dress & thrifted jewelry against a backdrop in the famed Frank Lloyd Wright house. Izzy is the face behind @restyledbyizzy a fast-growing, online fashion resale & consignment business, helping fashion enthusiasts shop smarter. She preaches being, ‘unapologetic about resale shopping’. Long before the COVID-forced lockdown, driven by her mission to create a more sustainable yet diverse, fashion-forward resale marketplace, Izzy was aware of the negative effects fashion had on the planet. 

Dwight Carter, Owner of Brainchild Next, Creator and Executive Producer for Fashion Anarchy Designer Competition. 

Dwight Carter built his rapport in fashion as a personal shopper, photo stylist, event producer, PR consultant, marketer, and back-of-house stylist for fashion shows. Once established within the industry, Dwight steered his focus to event planning with a niche in fashion and entertainment. He has successfully planned, produced, and executed many events, including fashion shows, small business launches, charity events, and corporate parties and galas. He also created the annual Brainchild Signature Events—Fashion Anarchy and STL Menswear Designer Show. 

Dwight has been producing fashion design competitions for 15 years. He has a passion for promoting fashion designers and helping them continue being successful.  Fashion Anarchy started as an event in 2018 and will now be aired on The AH! TV Network.

"My name is Madison Marks, and I am a 16-year-old fashion designer. I am the owner of Blema, which is my custom and curated clothing brand for those looking to make a statement with their fashion. I would describe my design aesthetic as a blend of punk, camp, and glamour. I am incredibly excited to be a competitor on Fashion Anarchy, and I am looking forward to sharing my designs with a wider audience than I ever have before."

KELSEY JANAE

Kelsey Janae is passionate about learning new things in fashion and is open to any critiques. She enjoys a hands-on challenge where she can display her creativity and uniqueness. Kelsey has an upcoming brand named AURA where she emphasizes on the recreation portion of utilized garments.

LUKAS ROE

After a life spent in several apparel related industries, St. Louisan Paulie Gibson created a contemporary menswear brand organically & passionately inspired by men in his everyday life. "There is a commonality in all of the close relationships, that allows me to create for very different people - who're all going to the same place."  Paulie launched his first sellable collection under his label with a showcase with local organization RAW: Artists. Simultaneously, Paulie Gibson was selected for the Phoenix Fashion Week Emerging designer program, where he was and purchased by retail giant Zappos.com. While in Phoenix, the brand began to garner the attention of the celebrity stylists in Los Angeles, and within two weeks had his first showing at STYLE Fashion Week, Los Angeles. The following season the collection returned to SFW where he completed his second showing which was filmed & featured on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 20. In addition to ANTM, Paulie Gibson has been worn to the Grammy’s, VMAs, movie premieres, music videos and published in numerous publications. Paulie hopes for this brand to global reach while maintaining a STL home base.

CAROLINE WILLIARD

Caroline Williard is a 3rd generation seamstress, a fashion designer and owner of CWCouture. She has extensive knowledge is pattern making and garment design with over 20 years of experience, creating handmade custom gowns and garments for clients across the country and abroad, as well as manufacturing small batches of designs for boutiques. Participating in over 43 fashion shows and major city fashion weeks such as Alabama Fashion Week, Omaha Fashion week and San Diego Fashion week and others, Caroline Williard has also appeared on Fox News, Riverfront Times, Alive Magazine, Uptown Magazine, and worn by Nikki McKibbin with American Idol, Looking Glass Theatre in Chicago as well as other known artists. Her love and passion for the way clothing has a transformative power of outward expression of oneself whether it be womenswear, menswear, childrenswear or bridalwear it is ever apparent in her work, and constantly evolving. She is also a realtor and owns a real estate business and a proud mother of 2 girls.

BRANDIN VAUGHN

Brandin Vaughn is a Creative. He is a Father. He is Son. He is a Husband. He is a Friend. He is a Leader. He is a Successful Business Owner. He is an Entrepreneur. He is a Fashion Designer. He is a Teacher.

Brandin’s passion began in Chicago with a strong foundation of earning the true technique of a well-constructed garment. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Illinois Art Institute and began working for local designers while also establishing a name for himself by participating in fashion shows and related projects showcasing his work. With seven years of experience under his belt and a desire to revitalize fashion in a new area with his own brand, Brandin decided to move back to St. Louis to jump-start the fashion scene.

Brandin began at full speed and quickly made a name for himself in St. Louis. After 3 years of hard work, he successfully became a sought out designer in the city and opened his boutique in February 2018, the Brandin Vaughn Collection.

Claire thomas-morgan

Claire Thomas-Morgan started out in fashion in the early 2000s, earning her BFA in fashion design from Washington University in St. Louis and MFA in fashion merchandising from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Thomas-Morgan has worked as a women’s wear designer and buyer, visual merchandiser for J.Crew, and currently has her own children’s wear line, Vivi Design Studio. Vivi was launched as an homage to Thomas-Morgan’s grandmother, Vivian, who taught her all about living life not only fashionably but fully. Thomas-Morgan aims to elevate children’s wear to a realm of thought-provoking, creatively classic, and everlasting design, while fostering discovery, acceptance, and expression of self. Her goals are to open children’s fashion to a more emotionally connected, intelligent, and artistic environment that allows healthy self-exploration and expression. Thomas-Morgan is currently on the faculty at Washington University in St. Louis, and was the winner of Fashion Anarchy in 2020.

Michael shead

Michael Shead was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. At eight years old he saw a documentary on famed American fashion designer Ralph Rucci. It was then he knew his calling in life. It was Shead’s grandmother, a dressmaker, that taught him how to drape, draft, cut and sew. After she took ill it was Michael who fulfilled her orders in her absence and discovered his love of design. From then on Michael modeled his designs after his daring imagination and his passion for the woman's silhouette. He is a self-taught designer who gained knowledge through studying the history of fashion and working for an independent local fashion house and interning under Alive Magazine fashion editor Jill Manoff.

After a Career as a Buyer, she began educating Fashion students to become mindful leaders in the Business of Fashion at both Siba and Fontbonne University. In 2018 she joined Source Retail Consulting.  A certified Management – One Retail Expert, Emily provides robust merchandise planning, cash flow forecasting, and open to buy plans for independent retailers.   Her satisfaction comes from seeing her clients realize financial freedom and peace of mind, and her students becoming successful business leaders.

SHAN KEITH

As a fashion designer, I’ve research current fashion trends, forecasting what will be popular with consumers, and take inspiration from the world around you to create fresh and original designs. I’ll decide on fabrics, colors and patterns, produce sample designs and adjust them until you're happy with the final product.

Joe Floww is a 22 year old content creator from St.Louis, Missouri. He uses his love for fashion and style to encourage others to be themselves and wear what they want. When it comes to content, Joe has a love for bringing stories to life by being in-front, or behind the camera. His content consist of showing others how to style themselves, take their own photos, thrift and more. Joe is known for bringing his colorful energy on and off of his platforms, while building long lasting relationships with his online community.
